As part of the Government's commitment to improving and modernising the Public Administration, and in order to make sure it meets the needs of the people, the Institute of Women promotes an ongoing process of modernisation that allows it to contribute to continuous improvement and the generation of value for the people..
Within this context, and with the conviction that the institution should not remain stuck with a management structure that relies on manual processes, it has undertaken a process of modernisation in order to ensure the administrative simplification and computerisation of its subsidy and grant management procedures, which have a clear orientation toward the public, with the ultimate aim of facilitating electronic access to these services.
Furthermore, in accordance with the strategic importance that the Government concedes to the culture of quality assessment and management, a Charter of Services has been drawn up for the Documentation Centre providing information on the services offered, the rights of users and the commitment to quality.
